Matthew Redder (co-owner/creator)

A true renaissance man, Matt is involved in everything from design, project managing, errands, leadership development, book keeping, social media posting. Matt loves people and people love Matt. He has the unique gift of making a connection with everyone he meets (literally). Matt holds a bachelors degree in Fine Art from Arizona State University and is also a youth pastor. Oh and ask him about his “math award”, he loves talking about it.

Jeff Finn (co-owner/creator)

A dreamer, a visionary, Jeff’s mind rarely takes a break. He is the father of 3, a husband to his amazing “Proverbs 31” lady, and loves creating. There is always a home project under construction at the Finn house, design is never finished! Jeff’s love for design has produced both a Bachelor in Design from the University of Florida and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Texas/Austin. He’s an advocate for simple, clean, efficient design and loves the process of taking design from idea to reality. Much of his efforts are spent fine tuning Co-Creative’s designs to match the appropriate production method. Oh, and he loves “googling” just to see what he can find.

Tasha Redder (creator/www-specialist)

Tasha (AKA Vel-ham) creates and organizes many of Co-Creative’s projects. She holds a bachelors degree in Fine Arts, specifically dance. Her other area of expertise is managing our online presence, she’s particularly adept at Etsy.com, calling it her “digital baby”. While she’s not busy being mom to two adorable kiddos, she is a decorated choreographer, planning out meals and bargain shopping at Whole Foods and Vitamin Cottage, and manages to squeeze in a 10 minute Pilates work out from Netflix. Talk about super woman, she’s the real deal!

Rebecca Finn (project/business coordinator)

An amazing behind-the-scenes coordinator, Rebecca keeps herself busy, really busy. She is responsible for keeping all of our “Creators” on track, which is in itself a full time job. Her other full time job is keeping her boys on track, all 4 of them (3 kiddos and her hubby). She somehow has the strength to do this AND work as a pediatric occupational therapist. One of the few “locals” to Colorado Springs, her path has taken her to pint pouring in a Scottish Pub. She loves wine, but isn’t a wine snob, and has the secret talent of spelling REALLY fast which comes in handy with young kids that can’t spell. I guess its not a S-E-C-R-E-T anymore.
